The following Terms and Conditions apply to our e-commerce shop, Buzzin Irish Crafts. All orders are fulfilled by Bee Smart Digital on the understanding that the customer (you) has agreed to Bee Smart Digital’s Terms and Conditions.
We (Bee Smart Digital) have used reasonable care and skill in compiling the content of this site and accept no responsibility or liability for any errors, inaccuracies or omissions. We also accept no responsibility for any damage or injury to persons or property arising from the use of any instructions or ideas contained on this site.
Delivery, Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policies
Ireland Shipping – Shipping is based on weight and size of parcels, starting from €3.
International Shipping – Shipping is based on weight and size of parcels, starting from €4.
We can deliver your order usually within 2 - 3 days (locally) and 5 - 10 days internationally but we work on a delivery policy of up to 30 days, as is your right. With international shipping, times can differ depending on your local postal service. Sometimes shipping to outside the EU (including the UK) can take a week or two and sometimes more.
If a product is out of stock but is available on “back-order”, please allow up to 30 days for production and delivery.
Each order will be packaged for safety.
Shipping service provider
To keep our delivery prices to a minimum we use standard post from An Post (Ireland’s postal service) which are very reliable.
However, if you would like to use registered post and have a tracking service just drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can arrange for the price to include registered postage costs.
Sending a gift?
If you would like us to add a small message in your parcel for a present we can do that free of charge. Just email us with the details.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
When your order has been dispatched you will receive an e-mail notification advising of this.
I haven’t received my parcel, what should I do?
Contact us – we will do anything we can to help. If an item sent by An Post has not been received it can often be found at the local sorting office awaiting collection.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy
If you would like to cancel your order, you are not happy with the condition of your purchase or the goods arrive damaged, then we will be happy to offer you a refund or can send you a replacement where possible, free of charge (whichever you prefer). Just email us as soon as possible within 14 days of delivery with your concerns and a receipt, and return the goods to us within 14 days of delivery.
If you choose a refund, we will refund you within 14 days of cancellation, using the same payment method you used, unless you agree to an alternative payment method. We do not cover the cost of return postage for undamaged goods.
If you return something because of an error on our part or because it’s damaged or defective, we will refund any charges incurred in returning the item to us (either by a personalised pre-paid return label or by refunding your return postage costs (up to 2nd class postage only). We’ll check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to recharge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
Excluded purchases include:
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons
